2017 saw an increase in average sold price of $30,000 plus and the total number of sales was up by 290. Area inventory levels remained low throughout the year with 3 fewer listings than in 2016. The average months of inventory has held steady at less than 5 months throughout the year putting us firmly in a Seller's market.
